Christmas is fast approaching and people are getting really busy in preparing for the holidays. While trying to figure out what I should prepare as a contribution to our Christmas Eve feast, I decided to do something simple, not time consuming but still something delicious and of course, festive!
What’s more festive than Holiday sticks and Christmas trees? So of course I decided to create them using Pocky, candy melts and Christmas themed sprinkles. Check out how I did them below:
Space out the Pocky sticks on parchment paper or a silicone mat. Place candy melts in a Ziploc bag or piping bag. Seal it tight so that no water can get in the plastic.
Using hot water, place in the candy melts for about 2-3 minutes. Knead as needed to equally melt the candy melts.
For the Holiday sticks, snip a small hole on the piping bag. Pipe the candy melt in a zigzag pattern on the sticks.
Sprinkle with sprinkles right away before it hardens.
For the Christmas trees, snip a bigger hole on the same bag. Create triangles to make the shape of the tree and fill using a zigzag pattern. Sprinkle again with sprinkles before the candy hardens.
And here is your festive Pocky Holiday Sticks and Christmas Trees! I hope you enjoyed this easy tutorial for your Christmas get-together!
